Testicular Cancer

Testicular cancer most often affects men between the ages of 18 and 35. One of the most common symptoms is a mass that you can feel inside your testicle. If you are concerned you have testicular cancer, Dr. Lacefield can help you find answers.

After a simple examination, Dr. Lacefield has his patients undergo an ultrasound to confirm a diagnosis of testicular cancer. If this is the case, then your board-certified Urologist will walk you through your treatment options.

For most, this includes outpatient surgery where Dr. Lacefield removes the affected testicle. From there, he can even replace it with a prosthetic testicle. Additional testicular cancer treatment may include surgery to remove lymph nodes, chemotherapy, and radiation.
